BOOKING, PAYMENTS & POLICIES

You may request an appointment in advance via WhatsApp, based on availability.

All services must be paid in full before your appointment to secure your booking.

Proof of payment must be sent via WhatsApp once payment has been made.

If you are running late, you have a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show with a R50 rebooking fee.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a R50 cancellation fee before rebooking.

Please arrive with clean, freshly washed hair and no products (oils, sprays, gels). Hair must be 100% dry and preferably straightened or blow-dried smooth. This ensures the best possible results and proper adhesion during your tape in hair extensions installation.
If your hair is not straightened or blow-dried on arrival, we can prepare it for you before installation. This includes straightening only or a full blow-dry and straighten service at an additional fee.

After your consultation, clients will receive a complimentary clarifying shampoo sample along with full pre-appointment instructions to prepare the hair for installation.

Our hair extensions are carefully sourced, selected, and quality checked per order to ensure premium, long-lasting results. Because we prioritise quality over mass production, estimated delivery time is approximately 15–20 working days.

Clients are welcome to bring their own hair extensions. However, we do not take responsibility for the quality, performance, colour match, or lifespan of any hair not purchased directly from us.

After your installation, clients will receive a satin pillowcase, satin scrunchies, and a full aftercare guide to help maintain their tape in hair extensions.

No, our hair extensions are carefully sourced per order to ensure quality, freshness, and consistency for every client.

Yes. You may purchase your hair extensions through our online store first and then contact us to schedule your installation appointment once your order arrives.

Yes. After your consultation, we can help you choose the correct colour and length, place the order for you, and schedule your installation once the hair arrives.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours after payment has been made.

Once payment reflects on our side, your order is processed, sourced, quality checked, and prepared before being shipped to you.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. Missed deliveries may result in an additional courier re-delivery fee.
