Before your appointment, please make sure you’ve read our booking policy (this will also be sent to you). We will share our location details with you—just arrive on time, and we’ll take care of the rest. We’re just as excited as you are!
Please also arrive with clean, freshly washed hair and no hair products (such as oils, gels, or sprays) in your hair. This helps ensure the best results for your braids or tape-in hair extensions. We also recommend using the restroom before your appointment, as sessions may take some time.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to avoid any risk to yourself or others. Full payment is required before your appointment to secure your booking.
If you are running late, please let me know in advance. You have a 15-minute grace period.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and will count as a no-show. You will need to pay a R50 cancellation fee before rebooking.
