We deliver anywhere in South Africa through The Courier Guy.
A flat delivery fee of R200 applies to all orders nationwide.
Important Delivery Information
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel at the delivery address provided.
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may attempt delivery again at an additional fee.
Ordering Hair for Salon Installation
If, after your consultation, you decide to purchase hair through us and have your tape in hair extensions installed at our salon, we will place the order on your behalf.
Once your hair arrives at our salon, we will contact you to schedule your installation appointment.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of hair extensions and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns.
If you would like to cancel an order after payment has been made, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours (1 day) of placing the order.
Approved refunds may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
