Appointments
Appointments are booked in advance via WhatsApp based on availability.
Once your booking has been confirmed, full payment is required (for free consultations) to secure your appointment slot.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will require a R50 cancellation fee before rebooking.
Preparation for Installation Appointments
Please arrive with:
- Clean, freshly washed hair
- No oils, gels, sprays, or heavy hair products
- Hair that is 100% dry
- Preferably straightened or blow-dried smooth
This ensures proper tape adhesion, cleaner sectioning, and the best possible results for your tape in hair extensions installation.
If your hair is not straightened or blow-dried on arrival, we can prepare it for you at an additional fee:
- Straighten only – R120
- Blow-dry & straighten – R250

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to avoid any risk to yourself or others.
We kindly ask clients to arrive on time and ready for their appointment to help us maintain a smooth experience for everyone.
Ordering Hair for Salon Installation
If, after your consultation, you decide to purchase hair through us and have your tape in hair extensions installed at our salon, we will place the order on your behalf.
Once your hair arrives at our salon, we will contact you to schedule your installation appointment.

Clients may bring their own hair extensions. However, we do not take responsibility for the quality, colour match, performance, shedding, or lifespan of hair not purchased directly from us.
